Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Genuine Interior Value services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Services
Genuine Interior Value provides interior design services including consultation, space planning, furniture selection, project management, and design implementation. All services are subject to a signed contract and deposit.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your design contract. We typically require a deposit to begin work, with progress payments due at specified project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on scope and complexity. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including material availability, permit approvals, or changes to project scope requested by the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to the project site. Changes to the agreed-upon design scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, and materials created by Genuine Interior Value remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Clients receive usage rights for their specific project upon completion.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party contractors, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
